There’s this term we hear sometimes when referring to someone with a natural propensity to lead,

“Born leader.”

It implies that some people are leaders and some are not.

This couldn’t further from the truth.

And given the current global climate of change that we are about to witness this misconception is being put to the test.

The truth is we are ALL “Born Leaders.”

Starseeds, lightworkers, impact driven leaders and purposeful biz owners with a desire to serve humanity…

Know that from a quantum perspective…

We are all born Self-Sovereign: RULERS of our own reality, creators of our own future and deciders of our own destiny.

Each of us are THE ultimate power, totally responsible for our own experience.

How we lead is dependent on the thoughts, feelings and actions we express;

The external sources we allow to influence our consciousness;

The internal resources we are capable of accessing;

The intelligences we choose to develop and transmit to the world;

And ultimately the VIBRATION we fall into resonance with.

From a Quantum frame of reference, we are each the centre of our own Universe;

The focused point of consciousness in the heart of it ALL.

Thereby the subjective meaning we give to the world and the vibe we show up with dictates the quality of our experience.

This principle must be unwavering – even MORE so in the face of our current adversity.

What’s so challenging right now is that we’re sharing in a collective planetary experience.

A whole bunch of Creators co-creating in challenging and uncertain times.

In the height of uncertainty, fear and surrendering of control, this co-fusion of Creators has the potential to create CONFUSION.

This is why right now it’s of ultimate importance to be Self-Sovereign;

To own your purest, most potent, independent Soul frequency of love and light;

To discern what stories you allow yourself to believe and fall into resonance with;

And show great care regarding the external powers to which you outsource.

Because on a Quantum level there are INFINITE possible futures being created right now.

The ultimate reality of our highest individual and collective potential ALREADY EXISTS as one of them.

You could call it a ‘Soul Aligned Destiny’.

A physical existence already in place that is precisely why we called forward this global-consciousness-shake-down.

It’s awaiting us to bring ourselves into resonance with it and step into it.

But in order to align with this reality as a planet, we must EACH self-lead with awareness of the systemic influence we have.

We must each hold the intention to ALIGN with our highest potential timeline – whatever that may be.

And we must understand that our individual actions are mapping the course of our collective Destiny.

If we each lead ourselves individually in this way, we can’t not succeed together.

This period of isolation and introspection we’re embarking upon COULD be viewed as an obstacle.

But to a truly adaptive Quantum Leader.

A leader who understands themselves to be a multi-dimensional creator.

A leader ready to go with the FLOW.

A leader who understands that the Universe is all-ways colluding with them, and has the self-determination to harness their CO-CREATIVE powers;

IT’S AN OPPORTUNITY TO RISE! ✊ ⚡️

To get ALIGNED.

NOW is the time to…

⚡️ 1. SET INTENTION.

Ask yourself where you want us to be individually and collectively on the other side of all of this.

⚡️ 2. GET CLEAR.

What are the highest priority action steps you can take to bring yourself into alignment with that reality right NOW!

⚡️ 3. KNOW YOUR PURPOSE.

Step into the most aligned service can you provide to humanity right now.

Ask yourself what role you’re best equipped to play in the new world.

And…

⚡️ 4. CAPITALISE ON THIS PERIOD OF INTROSPECTION.

It’s an opportunity for letting go, healing, forgiveness, clearing your slate and receiving UPGRADES.

A great time to know yourself with certainty and trust, so that when the new world needs you, YOU’RE READY.

The old systems of power and control are already crumbling.

The NEW WORLD awaits on the other side of this marathon, medicine journey ahead of us.

The next level of leaders to emerge will be those that rise DURING this period of planetary gestation, in readiness to midwife a new era of SELF-SOVEREIGN REIGN!

It’s an exciting time to be ALIVE.

An exciting time to claim your place as a leader because ultimately, we ALL are.

The level at which we choose to own it individually dictates our collective outcome.
