The Thirteen Articulations are a series of exercises I’ve developed in order to gently stretch the tendons and muscles whilst stimulating and moving energy that has stagnated in the joints and articulations during sleep, rest, stillness, illness, repetitive movement, restricted movement and fatigue.
Combining diverse elements of traditional Aikido warm up exercises, yoga and chi going in conjunction with simple joint rotation and opening exercises they are an easy, quick and pleasurably stimulating way to start your day or prepare for meditation and further exercise.
