I’ve always been a man on a mission.
Here to make a difference.
It lead to giving and doing too much.
A light being creating from within the 3D illusion of…
EFFORT = OUTPUT!
Being connected and spiritually aware saw me attracting the assistance of Spirit Guides,
But due to my belief that I had to do it all alone I kept creating from Will rather than Allowance;
Pushing for what I need rather than asking,
Shutting myself off from my inner guidance and my true co-creative power.
Recovering from fatigue taught me a lot about how I create, how I move in the world, and how I cultivate and express energy.
Here’s what I’ve learnt:

How we manage our energy is key.
Focus your energy only into that which enables you to give and receive the greatest value.
Let the minority of what you do bring the majority of your results.

Where we source our energy from is also key.
Life can’t just be one big out-breath.
It’s not possible.
Learn to take an in-breath.
Go inward every now and then.
Allow internal arts and practices to be nourishment for the physical.
Meditation, gentle walking, sitting with the Sun on your face can be as powerful as 10 minutes of H.I.T. training if what you truly seek is sustenance.
Reaching outward internally can bring epic openings to channel more Love, Wisdom and Power into the world.

And we’re NEVER ALONE on this Earth mission.
I know getting stuff done can be a major source of inspiration so be careful not to limit your receiving.
Listen more to your inner guidance team.
Learn to open and receive more.
The output of that is ‘having more to give’ with more discernment and love.
Here’s my new philosophy based on these keys:
– Whatever I think I need to DO – halve it.
I’ll get by.
– However it is I most need to BE, give my focus and energy to being that.
Vibe trumps effort – always.
– And whatever it is I wish to HAVE, give thanks for that already being in my life, seek it out in the present moment and build from there.
Gratitude amplifies the quality of your BE, and thereby your DO.
Perhaps there’s something in there for you.
Beyond the will, the effort, the presumed struggle of life…
There is an ever-present Source of energy and vibration.
It’s infinite, subtle AND powerful.
Accessible through YOU!
Through all of US.
If you develop your life as a practice for alignment with that Source, matching the vibration of that energy in your day-to-day actions, intentions and thoughts;
And you engage in the gentle practice of attuning yourself to that subtle energy,
Opening like a new flower in Spring,
Then you realise that you ARE an expression of that energy.
That your energy IS in Abundance.
And that’s priceless if you’re here to make a difference.
Be ALL that you are.
