Have you ever had that feeling that if you could just trust and let go…

That all your dreams, aspirations and talents would just come together?

Like somehow you’d just take the essential steps to embody what you came to this planet to do.

But where does that necessary Trust come from?

We’ve all seen and felt the self-sabotage we’re capable of – the thoughts, the actions, the behaviours, the words.

And sometimes we’ve made some crap choices.

Those times when our impulsive instincts, or our attachment to something external, over-rides better judgment.

Then we live the consequences.

Our heart feels each of these occurrences DEEPLY.

It’s remembers them intimately in the fabric of its neural networks.

Potentially closing over to itself.

Slowly mistrusting.

If so, it’s a sign that the inner child is growing timid.

Maybe even fearful of life, your Self and your potential.

If you consider that the primary focus of your spiritual evolution…

And the sharing of your most virtuous gifts with the world…

Is to bring you and your life into alignment with your Soul;

Aligning your physical identification, your ‘Who’, with the deeper truth of ‘What’ you are;

You’ll see that the reignition of Trust in Self is of utmost importance.

Perhaps the greatest thing I have learned about Trust is that it doesn’t take love, forgiveness, compassion, kindness, understanding and it doesn’t even take time.

It takes only one thing…

COURAGE!

When you have Courage all those other virtues so present in our heart’s intelligence just follow.

With that Courage you can fall deeply into your SELF with full faith that no matter what, everything you have done and can do will lead ultimately to your becoming.

With that Courage you can permit all the love, power and wisdom you are to be free without fearing it, without fearing your true self.

With that Courage your inner child can become a peaceful warrior.

With that Courage you can allow yourself to Trust to the point of…

KNOWING…

With certainty that life is safe, that you are safe and most importantly…

It’s safe to be YOU!

In your spiritual fullness.

Serving to your highest capacity.

In learning to Trust you can create more gracefully and live at ease…

With flow…

In peace.

Be ALL that you are.
